Was wird erklärt?

Die Behandlungsintegrität bezeichnet das Ausmaß zu dem eine Psychotherapie wie vorgesehen umgesetzt wurde [1]. Sie umfasst 2 Komponenten: die Adhärenz und die Kompetenz [2]. Die Adhärenz bezeichnet die Auswahl von Interventionen anhand eines Behandlungsprotokolls (und die Vermeidung von Interventionen, die nicht im Behandlungsprotokoll enthalten sind). Die Kompetenz wird als die fachgerechte Anwendung der Interventionen im zwischenmenschlichen Kontext der Psychotherapie definiert [2].
