Fallbericht

In Kooperation mit dem Konsortium für familiären Brust- und Eierstockkrebs unter Federführung von Frau Prof. R.K. Schmutzler und der Studienzentrale der Therapiestudien HD-78 – HD-90 für Morbus Hodgkin (HD) bei Kindern und Jugendlichen [1] (Studienleitung Prof. G Schellong) wurde im August 2012 ein intensiviertes Brustkrebs-Früherkennungsprogramm in Anlehnung an die intensivierte Früherkennung für hereditären Brust- und Eierstockkrebs ins Leben gerufen. Das Angebot richtet sich an langzeitüberlebende HD-Patientinnen nach thorakaler Bestrahlung im Kindesalter an den Zentren des Konsortiums [2],[3],[4],[5]. Wir berichten hier über eine Patientin, die am Brustzentrum Heidelberg vorstellig wurde.
