Zusammenfassung

Neben der Aufklärung und der Physiotherapie gehört die Therapie mit Okklusionsschienen zu den unbedingt empfehlenswerten Maßnahmen bei der Behandlung der Myoarthropathie (MAP) des Kauorgans [34]. Orale Schienen sind in Deutschland unter den zur Verfügung stehenden Optionen die am häufigsten eingesetzten Therapiemittel bei der Behandlung von MAP [24].
