Zusammenfassung

Emotional affektive und vegetative Anfallssymptome treten isoliert oder kombiniert mit anderen Anfallssymptomen während einfach- und komplex-partieller Anfälle auf. Viszerale Epilepsien können schwer von kardialen, psychiatrischen oder gastrointestinalen nichtepileptischen Störungen zu differenzieren sein. Es wird ein Überblick über emotional-affektive und vegetative Anfallsmanifestationen gegeben.

Ictal Emotional-Affective and Autonomic Signs in Temporal Lobe Epilepsy

Emotional-affective seizure signs occur as a sole manifestation or as component of complex partial seizures. Often affective and autonomic seizures signs are combined. Visceral epilepsy can be difficult to differentiate from cardiacic, psychiatric or gastrointestinal non-epileptic disorders. A survey concerning emotional-affective and autonomic seizure manifestations is provided.
