Zusammenfassung
„Was soll einem Staat geraten werden, der den allgemeinen Wohlstand
mehren, die Wirtschaft universell fördern und zugleich die Armut
bekämpfen und für mehr Chancengerechtigkeit sorgen
will?“ Das Nurturing-Care-Framework von WHO und Unicef von 2018 gibt die
einfache Antwort: „Eine nachhaltige und umfassende Investition in die
frühe Kindheit“. In der Arbeitsgruppe 3 „Sicherstellung
der Kinder- und Jugendgesundheit in den Kommunen“ des 3. Zukunftsforum
Public Health 2019 haben rund 30 Teilnehmende aus verschiedenen Handlungsfeldern
der Gesundheits- Sozial- und Politikwissenschaften, des öffentlichen
Gesundheitsdienstes, von NGO’s, von Universitäten sowie
Fachverbänden diese praktische Umsetzungsempfehlung von „Health
in all Policies (HiaP)“ ins Zentrum ihrer Diskussion für eine
zukünftige Public-Health-Strategie für Deutschland gestellt.
Abstract
What advice should be given to a state that wants to increase general prosperity,
promote the economy universally and at the same time fight poverty and ensure
greater equality of opportunity? The 2018 Nurturing Care Framework of WHO and
Unicef provides the simple answer: “A sustainable and comprehensive
investment in early childhood”. Implementation of the recommendation
mentioned above of “Health in all Policies (HiaP)” was at the
centre of the discussions of the Working Group 3 “Ensuring Child and
Adolescent Health in Local Communities” of the 3rd Future
Forum Public Health 2019. Around 30 people from various fields of action in
health, social and political sciences, the public health service, NGOs,
universities and professional associations participated in these discussions on
a future public health strategy for Germany.
