Outcome-Studien belegen, dass PatientenunterHomöopathie klinisch relevante Therapieeffekteerfahren, die denjenigen inderkonventionellen Behandlung ähneln, jedochmit weniger Nebenwirkungen. PlacebokontrollierteStudien (RCTs) und derenMetaanalysendeuten auf eine spezifische Wirksamkeitpotenzierter Arzneimittel. Es mangeltaber an hochwertigen Studien undunabhängigenReplikationen. In der präklinischenForschung zur Homöopathie existieren zuviele „positive“ Befunde, um sie ohne Weiteres durch die Placebohypothese zu erklären.Ein harter naturwissenschaftlicher Nachweissteht aber bislang aus.
