Choroidal Neovascularization by Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum with Vision LossHintergrund
Choroidale Neovaskularisation (CNV) im mittleren Alter ist eher selten und kann verschiedene Ursachen haben. Im vorliegenden Fall waren Angioid Streaks (AS) wegweisend für das Beschwerdebild. Eine interdisziplinäre Diagnostik ist zur Vermeidung von Folgeschäden und familiärer Beteiligung von großer Bedeutung [1].
