Purpose

We present a case of iatrogenic macular hemorrhage associated with an internal limiting membrane (ILM) rupture following intravitreal injection of a dexamethasone implant (0.7 mg Ozurdex: 6 mm long, 0.46 mm diameter, 0.0012 g).
