Keratorefraktive Lentikel-Extraktion (KLEx) – Stand des Verfahrens

Zusammenfassung
Mit der Einführung von Femtosekundenlasern in die klinische Augenheilkunde wurden deutliche Fortschritte bei vielen chirurgischen Verfahren erreicht. Im Bereich der refraktiven Hornhautchirurgie wurde es mit der Technik der Lentikel-Extraktion erstmals möglich, die Korrektur im Stroma der Hornhaut mit nur einem Laser ohne Anheben eines Flaps durchzuführen. Der Übersichtsartikel zeigt die schrittweise Entwicklung zu diesem mittlerweile international etabliertem Verfahren.
