Anamnese

Eine 64-jährige Patientin weißer Hautfarbe stellte sich in unserer Sprechstunde vor und gab an, seit 6 Monaten eine Sehverschlechterung und Schmerzen am linken Auge zu haben. Zwei Jahre zuvor bemerkte sie ein häufiges Blitzen am linken Auge.

Das rechte Auge war unauffällig.
