Introduction: There are various kind of finger amputation. Finger is important functionally and cosmetically. We have replanted amputated finger with a special view to recovering function and cosmetics of finger.

Methodology and Material: For avulsion amputation with pull out of tendon we sutured avulsed tendon at musculotendinous junction to maintain finger motion. For joint destroyed amputation we reconstructed joint by to transplant costal cartilage. Fingertip is very important for functionally and cosmetically so we replanted fingertip by utramicrosurgical technique.

Results: For cases sutured tendon at musculotendinous junction finger recovered good motion. Reconstruced joints by costal cartilage have fair good motion compare with arthrodesis. Fingertip replantation is very good functionally and cosmetically, so replantation of fingertip is good indication of replantation.

Conclusions: For finger replantation we should be projecting useful recovery of finger function with good cosmetic view
