Abstract

A 4-year-old girl presented with prolonged fever for past 1 year, pallor, hepatosplenomegaly, single lytic lesion in the left frontal bone, headache, and pneumonia. Histopathology from the lytic lesion revealed chronic osteomyelitis and magnetic resonance spectroscopy showed multiple tuberculomas in the brain. She showed improvement with antitubercular drugs.
