Einleitung

Die Differenzialdiagnosen erworbener Abduzensparesen bei Kindern sind vielfältig. Die häufigsten Ursachen sind intrazerebrale Neoplasien und Traumen [1]. Der erhöhte intrazerebrale Druck (nicht tumorbedingt) ist die dritthäufigste Ursache erworbener Abduzensparesen bei Kindern. Entzündliche und idiopathische Ätiologien sind wesentlich seltener.
