Several methods are used to treat aseptic non-union of femur and tibia as bone graft, plates, intramedullary nail¿ing, current stimulation or combination of the above.

The aim of this paper is to study the results of reamed interlocking intramedullary nailing for the treatment of aseptic femural and tibial non-unions.
