Significance
In order to develop a nonvolatile memory device, ferrocene-containing conjugated polymer 1 was synthesized via Suzuki polycondensation. The memory device was fabricated by spin-coating of 1 onto the ITO patterned glass to give a 50-60 nm film. A LiF layer was deposited by vacuum deposition followed by the deposition of an Al layer as the top electrode.
