Abstract

The authors present an alternative procedure for the treatment of an external fistula of the main parotid duct. Implantation of the orifice of the duct with a flocculus of the skin into the oral cavity was performed with a good result.

Zusammenfassung

Ein Knabe mit einer äußeren Fistel des Ductus paroticus wird vorgestellt. Die Behandlung bestand in einer spindelförmigen Umschneidung der Gangmündung und Implantation von Gang und umgebendem Hautareal in die Schleimhaut der Mundhöhle. Das Ergebnis war ausgezeichnet. Die Operationsmethode wird detailliert vorgestellt.
