Abstract

A rare case of bladder exstrophy is presented. It is described as being similar to a superior vesical fissure, but it differs from it by the abnormal course of the urethra which is separated from the bladder and runs along the clitoris.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine seltene Form der Blasenspalte berichtet, welche einer suprapubischen Blasenfissur ähnelt, sich jedoch von ihr durch eine atypische, getrennt von der Blase zur Klitoris verlaufende Urethra unterscheidet.
