Chirurgische Behandlung des neovaskulären Glaukoms
Seit einigen Jahren haben wir mit Erfolg die Kombination der Angiodiathermokoagulation
der horizontalen Muskeln mit einer sektoriellen Kryokoagulation des Ziliarkörpers
in Fällen von neovaskulärem Glaukom durchgeführt. Diese Technik erzielt gute Resultate
auch beim Glaukom des Aphaken und bei gewissen Formen des Glaucoma chronicum simplex,
die mit den üblichen Methoden nicht operabel sind.
Summary
Over the last few years the authors have successfully combined angiodiathermocoagulation
of the horizontal muscles with sectorial cryocoagulation of the ciliary body in the
treatment of neovascular glaucoma; this technique also gives good results in aphakic
glaucoma and in certain forms of open-angle glaucoma which cannot be treated by conventional
surgical methods.
