Anhand eines eigenen Falles wird das Krankheitsbild, das diagnostische Vorgehen und die Abgrenzung gegen ähnliche Pigmentveränderungen diskutiert.

On the basis of a case treated by the authors the clinical picture, diagnostic procedure and differentiation from similar pigment changes are discussed.
