Abstract

In partial splenectomy, covering the raw surface of the remaining spleen by omentum and capsule, harvested from the removed portion of the spleen, is described.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine Technik beschrieben, bei der nach partieller Splenektomie die Milzoberfläche des verbleibenden Milzanteiles durch Omentum majus und die Kapsel des Milzrestes bedeckt wird.
