Abstract

An unusual clinical manifestation of an indirect inguinal hernia with a huge bulging mass in the left lower quadrant of the abdomen is presented.

Zusammenfassung

Ein Fall einer angeborenen Bauchwandhernie wird präsentiert, die zunächst als Spigelsche Hernie angesehen wurde, sich jedoch dann als aufgebrochene indirekte Leistenhernie erwies.
