Abstract
The presence of intestinal malrotation in patients with Hirschsprung's disease is rare. This combination of abnormalities causes diagnostic confusion and produces problems in management. We report two cases with the double pathology.

Das Zusammentreffen von Malrotation und Hirschsprungscher Krankheit ist selten. Diese Kombination von Anomalien verursacht diagnostische Schwierigkeiten und wirft Probleme in der Behandlung auf. Es wird über 2 solche Fälle berichtet.
