Zur Prognose von Schluckstörungen nach Schlaganfall

Prognose bei Schluckstörung – zu diesem Thema ließen sich vermutlich ganze Bücher verfassen. Ein Gebiet, das extrem weitläufig und nur schwer zu greifen ist. Denn „die“ Prognose gibt es nicht. Dennoch ist diese Thematik von hoher Relevanz, denn im klinischen Alltag gilt es die drängenden Fragen der Betroffenen nach dem „Wann“ zufriedenstellend beantworten zu können. Im Folgenden sollen klinisch relevante Studienergebnisse dargestellt und darauf aufbauend Implikationen für die Angehörigenberatung herausgearbeitet werden.
