Significance
Artificial supramolecular polyhedra of various shapes and well-defined structures, exhibiting special properties such as selective guest binding, have extraordinary potential. Chirality is an additional bonus that brings about distinctive opportunities.

The stereospecific assembly of dynamic supramolecular snub cubes (SSCs) with chirality,
which comprise 12 helical macrocycles bound by weak C–H hydrogen bonds, has been accomplished,
