Development of Novel Catalytic and Photocatalytic Reactions Toward the Production of Valuable Organic Molecules

Abstract
This article offers an overview of our recent contributions to the fields of organic synthesis and catalysis. More specifically, our group has been actively working in the following research areas: (1) the use of aromatic compounds as photocatalysts, (2) the exploitation of carbon dots as nano-organocatalytic systems, and (3) the utilization of carbon nitrides and 2D materials in organic catalysis.
