Significance

In2O3 nanoparticles catalyzed the three-component coupling of alkynes 1 and amines 2 in the presence of DABCO to give the corresponding propargylamines 3 in 65-85% yield (10 examples). For the formation of 3a, the catalyst was recovered by centrifugation and reused 2 times (2nd reuse: 76% yield).
