Messmethoden zur Objektivierung der Plussymptome des Upper-Motor-Neuron-Syndroms

Zusammenfassung
Die Quantifizierung der Plussymptome des Upper-Motor-Neuron-Syndroms (UMNS) wird von vielen Autoren als schwieriges und bisher ungelöstes Problem beschrieben. Dieses lässt sich bereits bei der Definition des Upper-Motor-Neuron-Syndroms erahnen (S.106). Aus der historischen Entwicklung des Begriffs des Upper-Motor-Neuron-Syndroms lässt sich ableiten, dass verschiedene Messverfahren unterschiedliche (Teil-)Aspekte der Plussymptome des Upper-Motor-Neuron-Syndroms untersuchen. Die Quantifizierung der Plussymptome des UMNS lässt sich grob in klinische, neurophysiologische und biomechanische Methoden bzw. Verfahren unterteilen. Am Ende beantwortet der Artikel oft gestellte Fragen zu Plussymptomen und veranschaulicht dem Leser die Komplexität der Thematik für den Alltag in der neurologischen Rehabilitation.
