Transient Hypotony Caused by Traumatic Ciliary Body Tear without Cyclodialysis Cleft

Background

A cyclodialysis cleft allowing flow of aqueous from the anterior chamber to the suprachoroidal space should be considered after blunt ocular trauma followed by hypotony. Usually cyclodialysis clefts are detected by performing gonioscopy [1].
