Zusammenfassung

Spannungsgeladene Situationen in der psychiatrischen Versorgung können durch unterschiedliche Faktoren ausgelöst werden. Um Konflikte und mögliche Einschränkungen der Patienten zu vermeiden, haben Len Bowers und Kollegen das Safewards-Modell entwickelt. Hiermit können Mitarbeiter das Auftreten von herausfordernden Situationen beeinflussen. Wir stellen Ihnen das Modell und die daraus resultierenden Interventionen vor.
