Summary

Ophthalmoscopy in a somnolent girl of 12 years revealed papilloedema of R=3D and L=4D. In the right eye there was an additional retinochoroiditis ad papillam. Seroreactions for toxoplasmosis were highly positive. By treatment with Daraprim®, Durenat® and Leucovorin, the left eye recovered nearly completely, but the right eye developed a severe optic atrophy.
