Zusammenfassung
Anhand einer 47jährigen Patientin, die an einem metastasierenden kleinzelligen Bronchuskarzinom leidet, wird die seltene Form der retinalen Metastasierung mit Infiltration des Glaskörpers vorgestellt. Klinische Manifestation, Differentialdiagnosen, Diagnosestellung, Histologie und Verlauf werden besprochen.
Summary
The rare form of retinal metastasis with infiltration of the vitreous is presented in terms of a 47-year-old female patient suffering from an oat cell bronchogenic carcinoma with remote metastasis. Clinical appearance, differential diagnosis, diagnostic evaluation, histology and evolution are discussed.
