Zusammenfassung
Bei 34 Patienten wurden Irisnähte (Nylon 10/0 und 11/0) durchgeführt und über einen
Zeitraum von mehr als 4 Jahren beobachtet. Die Indikationen hierfür waren entweder
eine ungenügend erweiterungsfähige Pupille im Rahmen einer Kataraktoperation oder
Verletzungen der Iris. Über Indikation, Technik und klinische Erfahrungen mit der
Irisnaht wird berichtet.
Summary
Iris sutures (Nylon 10/0 and 11/0) were performed on 34 patients and observed over
a period of more than 4 years. The indications were either undilatable pupils in patients
where a cataract operation was planned or iris injury. In this paper the authors report
on a study covering indications, technique and clinical experience with iris suturing.
