Zusammenfassung
Bei einem kleinen Mädchen wurde aus der Vorderkammer des linken Auges die Larve einer
Dasselfliege (Hypoderma bovis) operativ entfernt. Die Hornhautdystrophie und die iritische
Reizung verschwand postoperativ sehr rasch und es verblieben nur geringe Defekte der
Iris, die wahrscheinlich auf den operativen Eingriff zurückzuführen sind. Über ähnliche
Fälle in der Literatur und die Problematik der Infektion wird berichtet.
Summary
The larva of a gadfly (hypoderma bovis) was surgically removed from the left anterior
chamber of a little girl. The corneal dystrophy and the irritation of the iris disappeared
very soon after the operation and only slight defects of the iris remained, which
were probably due to the operation. Similar cases in the literature and the problems
of infection are discussed.
