From the Outgoing Editor in Chief

Time is going by fast, and this issue is the last one under my responsibility as your Editor-in-Chief. This is a good opportunity to look back to the last three years. There have been many changes to Planta Medica in order to take the journal to its next level of excellence. I am proud to share with you some of these positive developments of the last three years.
