Abstract

The submerged cultivation of the tissues of cotyledones, hypocotyl and leaves of Digitalis purpurea in a simple arrangement is described. In the tissuecultures of the leaves 9 cardenolides could be proved.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird die Submerszüchtung von Gewebekulturen aus Keimblättern, Hypokotyl und Laubblättern von Digitalis purpurea in einer einfachen Versuchsanordnung beschrieben. Die chemische Untersuchung der SGK der Laubblätter zeigte das Vorliegen von 9 Cardenoliden.
