SALIDIURETISCHE UND HYPOTENSIVE WIRKUNG DER AUSZÜGE VON RIBES BLÄTTERN

Abstract

The leaves of Rib es nigrum L. exercise a salidiuretic action on white rats (diuretic quotient = 1.56 when 50 ml fluid extract are given in dilution of 3 %/kg body weight). The same extract has a hypotensive action on cats (giving 400 mil kg body weight the hypotensive quotient = 4.50). The action is stronger as compared with the leaves of R. uva-crispa L. emend. Lam. or R. rubrum L., but the relative toxicity is weaker (DL₅₀ = 49 g/kg body weight on mice).

Zusammenfassung

Die Blätter von Rib es ni gr um L. weisen eine salidiuretische Wirkung bei weißen Ratten auf (bei Verabreichung von 50 ml flüssigem Auszug in Verdünnung von 3 %/kg Körpergewicht ist der diuretische Faktor = 1,56). Dieselben Auszüge haben eine blutdrucksenkende Wirkung bei Katzen (bei intravenöser Verabreichung von 400 mg/kg ist der hypotensive Faktor = 4,50). Die Wirkung ist stärker als bei R. uva-crispa L. emend. Lam. und R. rubrum L., aber die relative Toxizität ist schwächer (DL_m = 49 g/kg bei Mäusen).
