Abstract

This is the sixth part of a phytochemical screening of Argentine indigenous plants.

Plants of 18 families, encompassing 34 genera and 36 species were screened for the yield of different extracts and the presence of amines, phenols, tannins, flavonoids, leucoanthocyanins, steroids, naphthaquinoids or anthraquinoids, cardenolides, alkaloids, saponins and cyanogenic compounds.
