Abstract

Twenty groups of Datura innoxia Miller plants were given a single or double treatment of 100 and WOO p.p.m. of Indole–3–acetic acid respectively at various stages of growth. The growth and the alkaloidal content of the treated plants were generally better than the controls. The double treatments were more effective.
