DÜNNSCHICHTCHROMATOGRAPHISCHE UNTERSUCHUNGEN AN DEN SAPONINEN AUS CORTEX QUILLAJAE

Zusammenfassung

Durch DC konnten aus dem Saponingemisch aus Cortex Quillajae 3 Saponinfraktionen erhalten werden. Die Untersuchung der Hydrolyseprodukte ergab das Vorliegen von 3 Aglyka in Saponin A, 5 Aglyka in Saponin B und 1 Aglykon in Saponin C. Der Zuckeranteil besteht bei den Saponinen A und B aus Rhamnose, Xylose, Fucose, Arabinose, Galactose und Glucuronsäure, bei Saponin C hingegen nur aus Rhamnose und Galactose.

Abstract

3 saponin fractions were proved from the bark from Quillaja saponaria by thin–layer chromatography. The investigation of the hydrolysis products showed 3 aglycons in saponin A, 5 aglycons in saponin B and 1 aglycon in saponin C. The 2–dimensional thinlayer chromatography of the sugar part showed in the saponins A und B rhamnose, xylose, fucose, arabinose, galactose and glucuronic acid and in saponin C rhamnose and galactose.
