Significance

In this work, the authors reported a concise preparation of modular and fine-tunable chiral bisaminophosphine ligands, which were successfully applied to the enantioselective hydrogenation of α-dehydroamino acid esters. Various amino acids have been obtained with excellent yields and enantioselectivities.
