α-Trifluoromethyl Substituted Amino Acids with Alkyne Functions in the Side Chain Starting from trifluoro pyruvates and terminal alkynes a simple preparative procedure for synthesis of α-trifluoromethyl substituted acetylenic α-amino acids and α,ω-diamino dicarboxylic acids is described. The triple bond in the side chain can be functionalized manifoldly.
