Abstract

Cordatolide A and B were re-isolated from Calophyllum cordato-oblongum, an endemic species of Sri Lanka, and found to inhibit HIV-1 reverse transcriptase with IC₅₀ values of 12.3 and 19.0 µM, respectively.
