Abstract

From the leaves of Penstemon richardsonii Dougl., four valeriana-type ester iridoids have been isolated and structurally elucidated as serrulatoloside, 10-deoxypatrinoside, serrulatoloside-aglycone, and 10-deoxypatrinoside-aglycone.
