Abstract
The essential oils of Allium Sativum L. plants of various origins were investigated by means of GC (FID, FPD) and OC-MS with electron impact (EI) and chemical ionization (CI) techniques. Identification of sulfur compounds was assigned with the aid of our SPECMA data bank. Using the technique of Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM) in mass fragmentometry, we were able to selectively separate the main components of the essential oils of garlic.
