Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit beim Übergang von der stationären Behandlung zur weiteren Rehabilitation

Abstract

The following lecture describes the necessary aspects of interdisciplinary co-operation to ensure a comprehensive rehabilitation.
On the basis of a working hypothesis for differential diagnosis, deficits or discrepancies between the state of being of the child's personality in toto before illness, and that after serious injury, can be defined. Realistic goals in therapeutic progress should be defined and approached, on an interdisciplinary basis, in suitable stages. Supervision with respect to the content and emotional aspects of progress or therapy, should be just as natural as the inclusion of the parents in the process of rehabilitation as a whole. Detailed information is urgently required when the child passes into subsequent out-patient forms of further aid and after-care.

Zusammenfassung

In dem nachfolgenden Referat werden die für eine umfassende Rehabilitation notwendigen Aspekte interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit beschrieben.
Ausgehend von einer operationalisierenden Differentialdiagnostik lassen sich Defizite bzw. Diskrepanzen zwischen dem prämorbiden Ist-Stand der Gesamtpersönlichkeit des Kindes und dem Ist-Stand nach der schweren Verletzung feststellen. Realistisch zu definierende Therapie- bzw. Förderziele sollten interdisziplinär, in angemessenen Schritten abgestimmt, angestrebt werden. Supervision im Hinblick auf sowohl inhaltliche als auch emotionale Aspekte bei der Förderung bzw. Therapie sollten ebenso selbstverständlich sein, wie das Einbeziehen der Eltern in den gesamten Rehabilitationsprozeß. Umfangreiche Informationen beim Übergang in nicht-stationäre nachfolgende Fördereinrichtungen und Nachsorgeangebote sind dringend erforderlich.
