Significance
A light-triggered, region-controllable n-doping technique is realized by designing and preparing a series of photo-activated organic hydride donors, solving the low-resolution issue of traditional methods.

Besides the fine resolution achieved with region control, the light-triggered doping process improves the conductivity of varied polymers by up to nine orders of magnitude.
