Diagnostische Herausforderungen nach Preserflo-Microshunt-Implantation

Anamnese

Eine 71-jährige Patientin stellte sich erstmals wegen eines seit 4 Jahren diagnostizierten primären chronischen Offenwinkelglaukoms (PCOWG) links vor, das unter Vierfach-Tropftherapie (Brinzolamid/Brimonidintartrat, Latanoprost und Timolol) unzureichend kontrolliert war. Das rechte Partnerauge war bereits an PCOWG erblindet.

Bekannte Vorerkrankungen waren eine kontrollierte arterielle Hypertonie sowie eine HIV-Infektion mit konsekutiver Enzephalopathie, behandelt mit Dolutegravir/Lamivudin, Vitamin B₁₂, Quetiapin, Citalopram und Mirtazapin.
