Pilomatrix-Karzinom der Orbita

Vorgeschichte

Eine 17-jährige Frau stellte sich erstmals in einer augenärztlichen Ambulanz wegen einer anamnestisch seit 4 Monaten bestehenden, progredienten Schwellung im Bereich der linken Orbita vor. Zwei Wochen zuvor brachte sie auf natürlichem Weg ein gesundes Kind zur Welt. Allgemeinerkrankungen lagen keine vor. Drogenmissbrauch in der Vergangenheit war bekannt.
