Significance

Polymer-supported chiral disulfon-amide 3 was prepared by mixing of compound 1 and polymer 2 in the presence of AIBN in THF. The polymer-supported chiral disulfonamide 3 assisted the enantioselective ethylation of ketones with Et₂Zn in the presence of Ti(Oi-Pr)₄ to give the corresponding products (29-94% yield, up to >99% ee).
