In Table 1, entries 20 and 21, the promoter formula is incorrect. In both cases, the promoter should be:

Et3N⁺Me
MeSC(S)O^-

That is, the salt used was the S-methyl carbonodithioate 9a rather than the methyl carbonate 14.
